Holiday vacation, woo-hoo!

A full week+. Going home for it. Sorely tempted to pack naught but sweats & a hoodie and just rotate between loafing in my bed and on the couch, but alas — there is plenty to be done this time of year around the house.

All good things, though. I need this break mentally more than I do in any other regard, so simply to do anything but office work is a #gratitude.

Really looking forward to being with my family. “Homesick” isn’t necessarily the feeling, but “very ready to not be here” is fairly accurate.

Grateful for a home environment that is safe and alcohol-free, also.
Such comforts are priceless in this world.
