Slow Down

Today’s internal conflict:
I like blogging at the end of my day, because it affords me the opportunity to reflect back on any lessons or occurrences that would be worth sharing…but, also, I am practically devoid of intellectual capital by 11 PM.  #ouch

Today’s background annoyance:
That this winter I have been scheduling far fewer of the events and activities I really enjoy, because the bitter, piercing coldness has dictated that my movements be in the vein of “How quickly can I get from Point A to Point B, with no interference in between, and with no ulterior destinations?” #lame

Today’s zen procedural:
Do less, man.  Do less — and feel less guilty about doing less.  I’m not saving the world here.  This is all just a ride, remember? #WEEEEEEEEE!
