Lack of Comfort

“It’ll be fine.”
“But what if it isn’t?”
“It’ll be fine.”
“But what if it’s not?”
“It’ll be fine.”
“No it won’t.”
“It’ll be fine.”
“I don’t believe you.”
“It’ll be fine.”
“But what if it isn’t?”

I dunno man, how many times do I want to have this debate with myself?
Emotional detachment.
Minimizing projections.
Conquering fears.
So often is it all in the mind…and that’s where giving it up to a higher power comes in.  There have been so many more hopes & doubts turning over and over in my head lately…can’t be worried about that shit.

Life goes on, whether you are ready for it to or not.  Trust that it will continue to do so, because if nothing else…it simply will.

Your life will only stop if YOU are the one to stop it.  Everything else will continue to move forward.

Don’t get swept up…but don’t sink.  Become the stream & the flow.  Be present.  Be.

I feel more relaxed, just by due process of having written it.  Grateful to have such channels & ducts to keep this dam of mental energy from stagnating.

I implore you to spend eight minutes with this track…it will fill you.
